Glen Mcgrath

Hiiiiiiii Friends....

Let me take this oppurtinity to write a few words about my favourite fast bowling legend Glen Mcgrath. He is a bowler who doesn't have an express pace but accurate line and length. He has subtle variations which can disturb any batsmen in the world. Even the legends like Sachin and Lara have struggled against the legendary bowler. He is one of the reasons for Australia being the world champions for three consecutive years. It is very much evident in the way in which the Australian seam bowling is suffering a lot after the retirement of Mcgrath. He has the most number of wickets in a tests by any fast bowler.. He has also got enormous number of records under his belt. But the truth is that his contributions to the team speaks more than his records...

Ultimately Mcgrath is really a great fast bowling legend and no bowler can fill in his shoes.

No bowler can be as accurate as him and thats one reason why he is the role model of many budding cricketers.

LONG LIVE THE LEGEND

THE ULTIMATE

He is one of the real heroes among many of the film heroes.. He is one actor who has enormous potential in acting. He can be certainly taken as a role model for the amount of commitment he has put in his work. No role is challenging to a actor like him. His style of acting and walking in billa has set an trend among the youngsters. Actors like Surya and Simbu being great fans of the actor itself proves his mark over the others. His essence of acting varies fromm film to film and certainly a treat to watch.

There isn't a word impossible in the dictionary of this great actor. Thala as called by us is certainly on top and he is the dream actor of all the directors. Everyone would love to work with the great actor. His hardwork and commitment can never be equalled by any actor except Padamashree Kamalhassan...

He is a professional car racer... The only actor to drive in formula1. He is the only actor who has license to drive a flight.  Wat else is needed to be a great personality. This man will have everything. He is the best, will be the best forever.

LOVE U THALA.....

Rock Always.........

VARANAM AYIRAM REVIEW

Just how do you describe the journey of life and learning of one man, in an immensely fascinating and intuitive manner?  You do it the way Gautham Menon has done it - by drawing in all your senses and emotions on a canvas of poignancy that is called Vaaranam Aayiram.

Surya (Junior Surya), the son of Krishnan is an emotionally bonded guy with his parents and his sister. He grows up seeing his parent’s immense love towards each other and the passion towards him and his sister. The different phases of life, are well depicted in this film as the child, teenage life, adulthood in a man’s world are well illustrated. Surya is closely attached to his father and Simran who plays the character of mother to him inspires him for being strongly will powered and also to be emotionally weak sometimes.

It is has been sometime since we had a movie that touched the heart. Vaaranam Aayiram is that movie. It touches you deep inside and brings forth several emotions at once. It makes you laugh. It makes you cry. It makes you angry. It makes you sympathetic. Every incident you see in the film will remind you of an aspect of your own life. That's how real this Gautham Menon film is. And Suriya's performance is one of his best till date. Adding charm to the film are Sameera Reddy and Divya Spandana. But Simran takes the cake from both these actresses with her sincere and real performance.
Story
The movie opens with an older version of Surya, suffering from throat cancer, succumbing to his disease. With the bare minimum background score and subdued acting, the scene helps to mound the expectations for a few minutes. The news then is conveyed to the son, played by Surya again, who is on a defense operation somewhere in Kashmir. The rest of the movie is the son’s reminiscences of his father – the son’s role overriding the father’s in the process, however.

The first half of the movie drifts away with nothing significant in the offing. In less than half-hour, it breaks into two songs. Surya (dad/son) falls in love twice and loses the love of his life. The second half, however, spruces up with the kidnap episode and the journalist rescue operation. Vaaranam Aayiram is an out and out Surya show. When the man disrobes his tee to flaunt his rippling muscles acquired after hard slog, the ladies scream their lungs out. His subtle expressions after losing out his dad to cancer score as good as his screams and emotional turbulence after losing his girl. Surya Senior’s makeup screams for attention, though.

Simran comes a close second with her puffed eyes and refined articulation of emotions announcing that she is ageing gracefully. Sameera has a constant grin, which is adorable. But all she could come up with after seeing her stalker at her doorsteps in the US is a surprised expression after getting a scoop of her favorite ice cream unexpectedly. Surya – Sameera’s first meet in the train is well conceived and executed. Divya, however, is in her quietest form oozing loads of sophisticated attitude.

There are touching and heart-warming moments in the movie; however, they are few and far between. Like the scene in which the cancer patient dad expresses his helplessness in telling stories to his grandson since his vocal chords no longer support him and Simran’s emotional silent outburst when she is being told that her husband is about to start his final procession to the burial ground.

Harris’ music complements Thamarai’s lyrics with almost all songs, albeit termed as interruptions, hummable. And as Sudha Raghunathan breaks into the Anal Mele song in her unconventionally mellifluous voice, the movie’s sluggish pace is curtailed. Adiye Kolluthe, partly rendered by Shruti Hassan, seems to mark the beginning of Tamil punk-rock.

The three hour long movie advocates non-smoking heavily and hits the smokers hard with the harsh reality of its consequences – cancer, for instance.

To conclude its a must watch movie to every Son and Dad...

The Little Master....

This is dedicated to all die hard fans of the Little Master who has contributed his life to the game of cricket. His records goes countless. His contribution to the team is priceless. He is one player who has fans all over the world. He currently holds the records for the most cumulative runs in One-Day Internationals, and the most number of centuries scored in both One-day Internationals and Test cricket. He is a simple person to move with. He doesn't pride of himself even after taking the team individually to a win in several matches. ofcourse who can forget his contributions to the team in the series against Australia in Australia this year and the world cup cricket 2003. His knock against Pakistan in the World Cup is memorable. He is one batsmen who is good at all the strokes in the book. No bowler can keep him quiet with the bat. He is a bowlers Nightmare....

LONG LIVE THE CHAMPION

LONG LIVE HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE INDIAN CRICKET

We love u Champion........

VICTORY

Wat does Victory means to an Individual?

Achievement

Passion

Happiness

Satisfaction.........

We Dream to become big. We aspire to achieve things. We spend all our lives working towards our goal.

                                     Do we achieve it?

Wat feeling does it give us when we achieve? ???  Do we stop with that.

As individuals and future india we are  expected to perform a lot?

But what are  our dreams upto?

It has been just upto enjoying and earning for oneself? We dream of screen heroes and forget the real heroes who lived and died for us.

Many people who have made a mark in the world in their own fields are yet to get a proper recognition.

Great leaders like AbdulKalam has posed a great belief in our youth and student community. They believe we will take India to the top of the world.

  Lets work towards it guys.......

Yes ofcourse....... This is the age to enjoy.. But let us prove wrong the persons who have a bad opinion about us.... Let us work together for the developement of our Nation.

So lets go back to the question?

Wat Victory means?

Its not important that what a victory means to us. ya it us gives us a source of fullfillement and happiness. But wats more important is what it is meant to others. A Victory in a Cricket match means to the whole country. Let us make the whole world feel happy and proud about us......

All the Best Guys.........

Be Victorious.......
